PRODOTTI filter and fertirrigation self-cleaning filters

The new self-cleaning Alfamatic filters are endowed with a backwashing system allowing the disks cleaning by their opening and rotation. The washing operations can be managed by an electronic timer and/or by differential manometers so as to exploit the pressure variation caused by the presence of impurities.

Technical features
The Alfamatic filters are available in the single body version ø2 and ø3 and double body ø3 and ø4, with cartridges of 75 mesh (200 micron - green disks), 120 mesh (130 micron-red disks) and 150 mesh (100 micron - orange disks); the  filtering areas range from 1061 cm2 to 2122 cm2 and the flow rate from 420 to 1100 l/min. The connections available are BSP and NPT threads or grooved - type Victaulic.
The Alfamatic system can be assembled in banks using two or more filters of progressive filtering capacity in parallel and it is particularly recommended in large irrigation systems using fluids rich in impurities and suspended particles.

These kinds of filters are also provided with a device causing an helical movement of the water, the new “Vortix system” that makes the impurities deposit on the inside wall of the filter reducing the number of washings and consequently the waste of water and energy.
