The PP-GF ball valves 18VCFF and 18VCMF are full bore valves  with female and male-female threaded ends according to the standard UNI ISO 7 (gas-conic) and ANSI B1.20.1 (NPT threads).

The glass-fiber polypropylene body assures high physical and mechanical  performances:

• high resistance to internal pressure;
• high impact and tensile stress resistance;
• high resistance to atmospheric agents (oxidation and UV rays);
• high resistance to corrosion and oxidation.

The principal characteristics making it an innovative product in comparison  to the traditional metallic valve are:

• good weight/volume ratio that allows the use in plastic pipelines without making the line heavy;
• the chromium-brass ball inside and the PP body guarantee high resistance to corrosion and, together with the brass rod and the teflon and NBR gaskets, they assure a perfect seal;
• good behaviour to temperature ranges thanks to the low thermal conductivity typical of plastics.

Thanks to their versatility, our threaded valves can be used both in irrigation systems and waterworks.
